"It's been a great pleasure to follow the evolution of this remarkable series of albums since the 1994 release of Ambience Minimus. The longevity of the series is just one testament to its worth. With Liquid Mind IX, composer Chuck Wild expands his palette in subtle, elegant ways, while staying true to the original vision. Of particular interest to longtime listeners is the addition of Barb Else's lovely flute and turtle ocarina work...perfectly placed in the orchestral mix.
As always, the production and engineering are flawless. On the first listen, I was actively involved...listening and marveling at each slow, careful choice. On the second listen, my heart rate slowed and I drifted into a delicious (and much needed) afternoon nap. And that, dear reader, is the whole point. Anyone needing a break from our modern, over-amped world might want to consider adding this music to their collection. Thanks, Mr. Wild, and sweet dreams."

"Liquid Mind IX: Lullaby is slow music at its best . . . soothing, melodic, heartfelt, and comforting, this new album from Liquid Mind® composer Chuck Wild continues a fifteen year tradition of deeply calming music for relaxation.
Appealing to the softer side of the musical spectrum, Liquid Mind IX: Lullaby is filled with gentle extended soundscapes that create a welcome relief to those of us searching for a break from our high stress, high energy world. Liquid Mind's albums have for many years been popular with music therapists and other healthcare practitioners, and are frequently used in massage, anxiety management, meditation, sleep therapy, surgical recovery, Yoga, Reiki, Pilates, maternity and many other healing settings.
While we think of lullabies as being primarily for children, you will find these peaceful compositions are perfect for both grownups and kids.”

"Leader Chuck Wild steps up once again with a set of calming music that massage therapists and sleep-deprived parents might find more than handy to have around. Not so much listening music as feeling music, this is like church music for a church you've been looking to join but can't seem to find. Highlighting the more touchy feely side of new age, this goes the distance in that realm."
