Liquid Mind XIII: Mindfulness takes the number one spot for Best New Age Album in June 2020 on the New Age Music Guide Chart.
’Liquid Mind XIII: Mindfulness’ is positivity-minded, pure relaxation music that feels like receiving a mental massage or aromatherapy for the ears. And though, as a listener, I do tend to gravitate towards moodier atmospheres that convey some suspense and tensity, likewise, as someone coming from the perspective of having worked in the spa industry, I’ve found this type of music to be perfectly suited to that environment with its oft-reported therapeutic effect on both clients and holistic practitioners!

Listening to Liquid Mind’s new album ‘Mindfulness’ got me thinking about a famous quote by Osho: ‘Silence has a music of its own, it is not dead, it is very much alive, it is tremendously alive. In fact, nothing is more alive than silence.’ In his music, Chuck Wild seems to capture silence and turn it into music, which in turn makes it easy to experience any kind of meditation – now including mindfulness. It is a fantastic addition to Liquid Mind’s one-of-a-kind discography.

In this time of stress, fear and anxiety, here comes Liquid Mind with a new album to calm, soothe and reassure us that life is still beautiful and all will be well. Titled Liquid Mind XIII: Mindfulness, this is actually the sixteenth album from Liquid Mind/ Chuck Wild and is more than an hour of smooth, ambient sound that moves slowly and fluidly, inducing sleep and relieving stress.

I found Mindfulness to be exactly what I would use for general relaxation or meditation; it fits perfectly for my mindset and needs. I am sure that I am going to be one of many that find the value of listening to Chuck’s musical Mindfulness. It will put you “In the Arms of Love.”

Chuck Wild is known for his mindfulness music, and this album fulfills the promise of assisting you in aligning your mind to one single thought–a thought that you want to concentrate upon. […] Chuck Wild, with all his experience and mastery, has once again delivered a worthy compilation of music for the listeners.

An effortlessly flowing river of calm, perfect for sinking gently into total relaxation.

Wild’s style is what I call conscious improvisation. “Let’s try this and see where it goes” works for any and all LiquidMind albums. The thing of it is, once you hear it, the music beckons you to follow and you also want to know where it goes. So you follow it into a world of calmness. A world of quietude. A world of inner peace. Listening to Mindfulness you become aware of your breathing. You notice the shadows on the floor. You can see the tiny dust motes as they travel slowly past your vision. Liquid Mind makes you attentive. I’m going to hit REPEAT button now and let the music catch me again. Always highly recommended.
